Ingredients for 6 persons:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 - 4 tbsp. of soy flour
- 1 tsp. of coriander (fresh or grinded)
- salt, pepper
- vegetable oil
Cook the potatoes until they are soft and peel them.
Chop the onions and fry them in a pan with a little hot vegetable oil.
Mash the cooked and peeled potatoes in a bowl, then add soy flour, salt, pepper and fried onions.
Knead the mass well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the mass in small Röstis and fry them on both sides in a pan with hot vegetable oil.
Finally put them for another 15 - 20 minutes in the oven at 240 °C hot air.
