Flohzarella (vegan mozzarella)

Ingredients:

  • 200g - cup of soy yogurt natural
  • 4 tbsp. yeast flakes
  • 400 g cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. psyllium husks
  • 500 ml water
  • salt, pepper or cheese seasoning

Prepare the following things on the day before the making:

  • Drain overnight the soy yogurt natural in a coffee filter using a sieve.
  • Also cover the cashew nuts with water and let soak overnight.
  • Mix 500 ml of water, yeast flakes and psyllium husks in a bowl and let soak overnight.



The next day, mix the strained soy yogurt, the soaked cashew nuts and the water-yeast flakes-psyllium husks-mass with each other.

 

Refine with lemon, salt, pepper (or cheese seasoning) and process with a hand blender or blender to form a homogeneous mass.




Then put the mass

  • on a cling film, refine it with spices according to taste or curl it without additional spices in cling film
     
    or

 

  • into a small bowl lined with clingfilm, refine it with spices according to taste and then tie the cling film on the upper side.

Then put it in the fridge for 1 hour, then cut into slices and serve.
