Ingredients:
- 200g - cup of soy yogurt natural
- 4 tbsp. yeast flakes
- 400 g cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. psyllium husks
- 500 ml water
- salt, pepper or cheese seasoning
Prepare the following things on the day before the making:
- Drain overnight the soy yogurt natural in a coffee filter using a sieve.
- Also cover the cashew nuts with water and let soak overnight.
- Mix 500 ml of water, yeast flakes and psyllium husks in a bowl and let soak overnight.
The next day, mix the strained soy yogurt, the soaked cashew nuts and the water-yeast flakes-psyllium husks-mass with each other.
Refine with lemon, salt, pepper (or cheese seasoning) and process with a hand blender or blender to form a homogeneous mass.
Then put the mass
