Baked Flohzarella (vegan mozzarella)

Ingredients:

  • Flohzarella
  • rice papers
  • 3 - 4 tbsp. of soy flour
  • flour
  • 3/8 l of plants drink
  • breadcrump
  • pepper, Paprika
  • vegetable oil

Cut the Flohzarella in slices of about 1 cm thickness.

 

Warm some water in a pan to the lowest setting and soak the rice papers in it.

 

Then put the soaked rice papers on a board, season a Flohzarella slice per sheet with pepper and paprika spice, wrap the rice leaf and place it on a plate.





Crumb:
Turn the in rice leaves wound Flohzarella slices first in flour, then in plants drink - soy flour mixture and finally in breadcrumbs.




Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and bake the breaded Flohzarella slices on both sides until they are golden.

 

Then put the baked Flohzarella for about 15 minutes in the oven at 170 °C hot air.

 

Serve with cranberry jam.
