Ingredients (for about 10 pieces):
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g cauliflower
- 200g broccoli
- 2-3 garlic colves
- 3 tbsp. soy flour
- vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- corn starch
- salt, pepper, caraway
Cook potatoes for 30 - 40 minutes, then peel and coarsely mash.
Cook cauliflower and broccoli about 15 minutes until they are soft, then coarsely chop.
Cut onion and garlic into small pieces.
Give cauliflower and broccoli to mashed
potatoes.
Add salt, pepper, cumin, onion, garlic and soy flour, mix well and knead.
Form patties and dredge in sesame.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides.
Preheat the oven and bake the fried patties at 200 ° C hot air for 30 minutes.
Serve with chives sauce or garlic sauce.
