Ingredients:
- 180 g whole grain spelt flour
- 3/8 l sweetened vegetable drink (almond, coconut, ...)
- sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 1 package baking powder
- 2 tbsp. curcuma (Gelbwurz)
- vegetable oil
Put whole grain spelt flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and curcuma (for coloring) into a bowl and mix them.
Then fold in the vegetable drink and let the mass rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan, put in 2 tbsp. of sugar and spread it in the pan.
Put the liquid dough in the pan and wait until it curdles.
Then turn the dough and fry it on the other side for 1-2 minutes.
Tear apart the finished dough and serve the Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar and
compote.
Garnish with apple slices.
