Ingredients:
- 1/4 measuring cup of rice (125 ml)
- 3/4 measuring cup of water (375 ml)
- peas (fresh or deep-frozen)
- 1 tbsp. vegan butter (e.g. Aslan)
- salt
Put water and rice with a little salt in a saucepan and
cook over medium heat until the water has evaporated. Stir regularly!
Just before the rice is finished add the
peas.
Refine with vegan butter and stir.
