Ingredients:
- 6 cherry-tomatoes
- 500 g sieved tomatoes
- vegetable oil
- 2 garlic gloves
- 2 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 handful coriander or parsley or 1 tsp. dried coriander or parsley
- salt, pepper
Cut garlic into rough cubes.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic.
Add the sieved tomatoes in the pan, heat up and refine with coriander / parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut cherry tomatoes into rough cubes, add a few of them into the pan and bring it to a boil.
Serve with diced tomatoes and parsley, cold as a dip or warm as a sauce for noodle dishes.
