Ingredients:
- about 250 g Gnocchetti Sardi (Malloreddus)
- 2 shallots or 2 onions
- vegetable oil
- basil
- salt, pepper
Boil the Gnocchetti Sardi in a pot with water and salt according to instructions on the package, then drain.
Cut 2 shallots or 2 onions coarsely.
Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan and roast the
chopped shallots or onions in it.
Add the Gnochetti Sardi and roast it a little.
Refine it with basil, salt and pepper.
