Gnocchetti Sardi (noodle dish)


Gnocchetti Sardi

Ingredients:

  • about 250 g Gnocchetti Sardi (Malloreddus)
  • 2 shallots or 2 onions
  • vegetable oil
  • basil
  • salt, pepper

Boil the Gnocchetti Sardi in a pot with water and salt according to instructions on the package, then drain.

 

Cut 2 shallots or 2 onions coarsely.




 

Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan and roast the chopped shallots or onions in it.

 

Add the Gnochetti Sardi and roast it a little.

 

Refine it with basil, salt and pepper.
