fixings:
- 6 tbsp. Cashew nuts
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/8 l sunflower oil
- 100 g wild garlic leaves
- 1 tbsp. lemon squash
- 4 tbsp. sesame
- salt, pepper
Crush cashew nuts (roasted in a pan) in a mortar.
Add horseradish, sesame, sunflower oil and lemon squash, mince and mix well.
Wash wild garlic leaves and drain, chop and put them into the mortar.
Mince and mix well until the required consistence is reached.
Refine with salt and pepper.
The pesto is becoming more creamy, if you add more oil or a little bit of water.
