fixings for 2 pcs. of white cabbage strudel (4-6 persons):
- 2 vegan flaky pastries
- 1 complete white cabbage
- 2 big onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 125 g soy-chips
- 400 ml water
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. vegetable soup powder
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- oat-, rice- or soy drink
Heat some oil in a pan, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in the pan.
Then add the cut cabbage, as required season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Stew the cabbage until it is soft.
Put into a pot (or a microwaveable bowl)
- 125 g soy-chips,
- 400 ml water,
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. vegetable soup powder
- 1 tsp. paprika powder and
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste.
Mix and cook (or heat up in the microwave oven) until the liquid has evaporated.
Then fry slightly and add the cabbage, add some seasoning.
Leave to cool.
Roll out the strudel dough, spread cabbage with soy-chips on it, dredge with vegan grated cheese and roll up.
Cover it with oat-, rice- or soy drink
Ofen vorheizen und dann bei 200°C Heißluft 35 - 40 min. backen.
Preheat oven and then bake the strudel at 200°C (hot air) for 35-40 min.
Cut up the cabbage strudel and decorate it with wild garlic sauce and roast potatoes.
