Tomato and Wild Garlic Salad


condiments for 4 persons:

  • 500 g cherry-tomatoes
  • garden leek or green onions
  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1/8 l water
  • 1/8 l balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1/8 l sesame oil (or other vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 handful wild garlic

Wash tomatoes and cut into quaters.

Wash wild garlic and drain, chop coarsely.

Cut garden leek or green onions into rings .

Put everything together in a bowl and mix it.

 

Marinade:

Water, balsamic vinegar, (sesame) oil, agave syrup, salt and pepper mix well in a glass or cup .

 

Pour the finished marinade evenly over tomatoes , wild garlic , garden leek (or green onions) and let soak, then serve .
